If there is one thing talaga that I am very thankful for everyday is that natapos na ang 2 year problem namin ni Alvin.
Ang laki talaga ng inaliwalas ng fez ng asawa ko. Ang aura niya ngayon is parang nagpa-diamond peel everyday for the past five years. Ang pogi!
And madaldal na din siya now. He no longer stare off space all the time. He’s magana na to tell me stories. Minsan sobrang daldal niya, hindi na nakakatuwa pero pinagbibigyan ko na din. Dalawang taon din siyang hindi ganyan. Na-miss ko siya.
Though he’s still not that sweet to me, I see some improvements naman. The other week, he held my hand while driving. Muntikan ako maiyak sa sobrang kilig ko. And last night, naalimpungatan ako. I felt him standing up beside my side of the bed. Akala ko parang Paranormal movie. And then I felt him kiss me on my temple tapos kinumutan ako. I was supposed to open my eyes sana but I changed my mind. Baka ma-usog. Natulog na lang ako ng naka-ngiti.
Malandi!
Hahaha!
Anyway, lemme show you this OOTD photo that Vivian took during Pineda’s son’s christening. May artistic eye din pala si Vivian, ano? =)

Guys, I recently discovered Breakfast Basket MNL.
Their Wagyu cubes are soooo good! I called them and they had the meat delivered to the house.
When I got the Wagyu cubes, I got stuck. How do you cook this thing? It’s not cheap so hindi na ako nagmarunong. Baka masayang.
I turned to Google.
I google almost all the recipe of the dishes that I cook. Kinabahan nga ako dati when I googled how to cook Adobo. Baka may lumabas sa screen ng “Ang tanga tanga niyo naman po.”.
Buti wala naman. Lelz.
Anyway, Google said that I can marinate the cubes and then cook it over olive oil or butter.
So I put the Wagyu cubes in soy sauce and then I put black pepper and garlic.
I cooked it in butter with garlic.
Takot na takot ako masunog! I kept on turning and checking that it’s cooked medium well.
It turned out pretty good, mga mare. I cooked cheesy garlic and butter baby potatoes to go with it and the rice. Sinamahan ko din ng malamig na Coke. Carbs ba kamo? Cheat day na cheat day talaga.
Medyo napa-alat yung timpla ko ng slight but that’s how I want it. Ako si mahilig sa maalat eh. Masarap yung meat, promise. You will be able to tell the difference between a normal meat and this Wagyu beef cubes.
The second batch that I cooked was less salty and it was more masarap. Instead of putting soy sauce, I just rubbed pepper on the meat. And then I cooked it in butter in high heat. Eto na yung totoong medium well.
It was soooo good grabe! I wasn’t able to take photos because I finished everything agad. Serrehh. Hehe!
I will order another batch of Wagyu beef because I want to try to grill it naman. Oh, and I want to try also the Wagyu Salpicao that the Breakfast Basket MNL has. Mukhang masarap eh kasi timplado na. You just need to fry it then serve =)
This is now my go-to pang-malakasang ulam. I just think about the side dish that I will make to go with it. Ang sarap talaga eh. I recommend that you try it. You can check them out in FB and in Instagram.
Gow.
