It’s just 9pm and I’m beat.
This is the second day kasi of our #NoKasambahayNoProb week.
Let’s talk about that more in a bit. Lemme tell you about Vivian’s baby shower first.
Vivian and her hubby, Omar, are having a baby boy. She’s due next month and I couldn’t be any happier for her. Okay na sila ni Pineda. Quota na. One girl and one boy.

My participation was the cake. I gifted Vivian this sailor inspired two later baby shower cake from Tootie Cupcakes. They were also the ones who made my Mommy Fleur Day 2017 cake.

I had to leave the party early because Alvin’s having a post birthday party at home too. We didn’t have kasambahay so I went home to see what I can do to help. His cousins and uncles helped him prepare kasi eh. All I did was to buy the paper plates, cups and garbage bags.
Hindi mo talaga kasi ako maaasahan sa lutuan portion.
ALVIN’S UNCLE: Na, meron kayong kimchay?
ME: Ano po ang kimchay?
ALVIN’S UNCLE: Kimchay! Parsley.
Ohhhh… So that’s the Tagalog of Parsley!
ME: Ay, wala po Tito.
Speaking of no kasambahay, it’s not easy.
I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU, MUTHERS WITHOUT HELP, CAN MANAGE YOUR DAY TO DAY!
Like, I can’t seem to find anything at home! Ubos ang oras ko kaka-hanap ng kung ano ano! Anika’s uniform, cap, garbage bags, sibuyas at kung ano ano pa.
I can’t also seem to stop doing anything. Ligpit ako dito, ligpit ako dun.
I’m so OC with where things are in the house. Ayoko ng makalat. I want everything fixed and in order.
Kaya hirap ako now.
This week is Anika’s school fair. She has a field demo presentation, a dance contest (she was picked) and a fashion show (she was also picked). Bibo kid! Manang mana sa pinagmanahan. Busy kami.
If my head’s not yet filled up with all the remembering of things that I have to do, eto sasabog na siya sa dami ng additional things to think about.
We’ll be reporting pa to ManCom on Tuesday so todo preps since Friday.
Masusubukan this week ang powers ko.
What’s nice about everything is that Anika’s obliged to help. She’s in charge of washing the dishes and cleaning her room. Good thing nauutusan naman. Ma-reklamo lang. Ang sarap kutusan. But I know she’ll learn eventually.
Sombrero’s pulling his own weight too. He’s in charge of cooking and of the food planning. Ang daming instant meals ang binili kanina sa grocery. Kaloka.
So good luck to us. Babalitaan ko na lang kayo.
