Day 3 of Enhanced Quarantine
So far, I am just getting a hang of my “new” daily life for the next 30 days.
Day 1 was spent working because we needed to fix sino sino ba ang magwork at home and what to do with the workers who are at site.
Day 2 was spent working at home and watching movies. Natapos na din namin in one night yung Kingdom 1 and 2. I love that there are only 6-30 minute episodes for each season. Tapos ko tuloy ng isang upuan lang. Lelz
For today, I’d like to share with you the Quinoa salad recipe that Wowa taught us. I like Quinoa because it has fewer calories and carbohydrates compared to rice.
These are what you need:
1 cup Quinoa
Chicken breast
Garbanzos
Cheese cut into cubes
Cucumber cut into cubes
Baby tomatoes, halved
For the sauce:
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/4 cup parsley
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp rice wine
2 clove garlic
pinch of salt and pepper

Boil the chicken breast then shred it to desired bite size
In a blender, blend the ingredients for the sauce.
Done!
Bilis di ba? You just have to put everything in the bowl and mix it. Pour the sauce over it while mixing. You can decide how much sauce you’d like to put depending on how you would like the Quinoa salad to taste. If malasa kayong tao, more sauce =)
Lyn placed the Quinoa salad in three containers para hind mapanis agad. I eat one container for one day. Yan yung ginagawa kong rice =)
