While all of you are into Dalgona coffee, Lyn made me a decaf Vietnamese Egg Coffee thanks to the guidance of Erwan’s youtube channel.

It’s so delicious and para siyang dessert coffee. It’s very easy to make. You just need the following ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup condense milk
1 tablespoon all purpose cream
preferred coffee
How to make it:
1. Whisk the egg yolks, condense milk and all purposed cream until frothy. This will be your topping.
2. Pour your coffee over glass with ice.
3. Put the topping on top of the coffee.
4. Put a straw and serve.
Nakapakasarap, promise! Don’t forget to mix with your straw the frothy topping with the coffee before drinking. It’s such a refreshing drink you can enjoy at home. No need to go to your favorite coffee shops. Mura pa gawin!
