Men, yung Father’s Day hindi ko pa nakukwento! *face palm*
I’ll make it quick kasi simple lang naman our celebration. Alvin doesn’t like fancy things so simple it was.
I had this year’s Father’s Day cake made from the bakeshop of Alvin’s cousin Nessie Matias-Imperial.
The cake was chocolate flavored and was shaped like a beer with buttercream icing. Perfect for Alvin!

One of our favorites is the Strawberry Shortcake which is being sold for only Php 550. A lot of my blog readers who have tried it were surprised na ang affordable ng cake given na ang sarap niya.
I ordered a 2 kilo Cebu Lechon Belly from Raffy’s Belly Good Lechon Belly.
It was so good pero ingat sa pagkain because Cholesterol and high blood is not cool hahaha! This Lechon Belly is actually good for a lot of people. I think keri until 6pax na malakas kumain. Ang dami naming tira given that there were only 4 of us who ate it.
The other dishes that we had were the Special Garlic Beef Adobo and Lasagna from Hobby Hive Bistro.
The beef adobo was really tender. It was soooo good. Magrice attack ka talaga. Meanwhile, the lasagna was surprisingly delicious too. Bihira kami magkagusto sa pasta ng ibang tao. Hehe. You can order by messaging Hobby Hive Bistro in their IG page =)
So that was lunch. The day was spent lounging around, watching TV — practically doing nothing which is what the Tatay of the house wanted =)
