Last Sunday, while we were having lunch, Wowa called me to let her know that her Facebook and messenger were hacked. Sumabay naman the information na sinabi sa akin na there is a fake FB account using all my photos. Annoyed na annoyed and stressed ako so hindi ko masyado na-digest mga sinabi ni Wowa. I thought FB lang ang na-hack sa kanya.
After 5 minutes, I received a message from Wowa’s FB messenger. See our message exchange below:
Anak ng patola na yan!
Yung scammer na pala yung ka-chat ko. I was telling the scammer to report another scammer. The irony! Did you see my last message? Dun lang ako nahimasmasan na parang hindi na nanay ko ka-chat ko! Kamote.
It’s sad because may naloko na itong hacker ng account ni Wowa. She received the same message. Nakakatouch because she had good intentions of helping Wowa out but because there are bad people like this hacker in this world, naging victim pa siya.
Hindi ko muna ikukwento about the person impersonating me and the identity theft that she is doing. May pinaghahandaan ako. But if you can, please report it to Facebook that she is pretending to be someone else, please help me report her.

Change your passwords in your social media accounts frequently. Pagmay nagmessage na friend niyo regarding money, be cautious.
Sana there are more stringent laws against these kinds of people. Sana katulad sa US na nahuhuli agad the people behind these fakers and mga manloloko.
