Day 36 Enhanced Community Quarantine
If ayaw niyo ma-bad trip, don’t step on a weighing scale. Pagkakamali ko yun tonight.
Before getting ready for bed, I saw nakasilip yung weighing scale from under our drawers. Parang tinatawag niya ako. Hinila ko palabas and nagweigh ako.
I now weigh one hundred twenty eight f*cking pounds. Before the quarantine I was just 120 lbs. Napakabilis. Nabad trip talaga ako. I went inside Anika’s room where Alvin was.
ME: Babe, bad trip sobra.
ALVIN: Bakit?
ME: Alam mo how much I weigh? Malapit na ako mag 130 lbs!
ALVIN: O ano naman ngayon?
I kennat believe it how deadma my husband is.
ME: Ano ngayon?! 10 pounds na lang, yun na weight ko nung buntis ako kay Anika eh!
ALVIN: Di ba nageexercise ka?
ME: Oo nga eh.
ALVIN: Tigilan mo yang pageexercise. Nakakataba pala.
Bwiset.
After analyzing it, this is the weight I gained from eating so much at the start of the quarantine period. I only stopped stressed and bored eating around 2 weeks ago. So the effect of that plus the exercising will be seen after 1 month pa.
I should remember that losing weight is 95% diet and 5% exercise lang.
I know naman what I’m supposed to do. I should stop eating ice cream, cakes and sweets.
